How long are therapy sessions?
Speech-language therapy sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in duration and are recommended two to three times weekly. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disorder, the age of the client and associated physical, emotional and social factors.
What are your hours of operations?
Maxima Therapy offers flexible hours to accommodate client's needs. Typically our services are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm. Additional evening and weekend hours are available upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no charge for cancellations made 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel with less then 24 hours notice will result in a $35.00 cancellation/no show fee.
What do I need to schedule an appointment?

Do you accept health insurance?
Yes! Maxima Therapy currently accepts all major health insurance plans. We are an in-network provider for most PPOs and many HMO groups.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! Maxima Therapy currently accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards as well as Healthcare Flexible Spending cards.
Do I have a co-pay for speech-language pathology services?
Each commercial insurance plan is different, however, typically, speech-language pathology services are subject to a co-pay. Call us and we will assist you to confirm the cost of your co-pay associated with your insurance plan.
Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes. We strive to schedule new patient evaluations within two weeks of their initial phone call. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
